I know what it feels like to live disconnected from yourself. I battled depression, an eating disorder, substance struggles, ADHD, and hypersensitivity that made everyday life feel overwhelming. Against the odds, with less than a 4% chance of making it through, I found a way and turned that journey into the foundation of my life’s work.
Over the last two decades I explored every path of healing I could find. What I discovered is that no single approach is enough. When neuroscience, CBT coaching, energy alignment, and Reiki are combined, transformation becomes both immediate and lasting.
The Evergy process I created is completely unique. It brings together science and intuition, sensitivity and structure, energy and practical rewiring. Clients describe it as uncovering and healing layers they never thought possible while also leaving with tools they can use every day.
What once felt like my biggest challenges, hypersensitivity and ADHD, have become my greatest gifts. They allow me to sense what others cannot and to see the full picture during processing sessions, guiding people into deep alignment with their true self.
I left a 17-year career to dedicate my life to this work. My purpose is to help others release the blocks that hold them back and rise into their most confident, fully expressed selves.

The Signature Evergy Treatment is a 90-minute immersive experience that blends cranial Reiki, inner child healing, and advanced neurology techniques to guide you into the theta brainwave state. In this space, we uncover and release deep-rooted blocks, shift limiting beliefs, and reset your energetic frequency. Each treatment includes detailed session notes and a custom meditation created just for you to continue the work at home.
Coaching Programs build on this foundation with 1, 3, or 6-month containers that include weekly Evergy sessions, daily text support, personalized homework, and guided meditations after each session.
