About Sarah

I am a clairsentient and neurodivergent person, with a deep passion for understanding energy and human behaviour.

After almost two decades of growing a successful tourism business and living city life, I decided to risk it all and follow my passion in order to help others to better understand themselves, while creating the life of my dreams

I have been living in the blue zone of Santa Teresa, Costa Rica after previously living in Mexico City for two years and growing up in Vancouver, Canada.

I am absolutely enamored with my life surrounded by nature, small town connections and interactions and inspiring others in my work.

I am very passionate about fitness and health, after learning how the chemicals our body can create will support our unique makeup.

I find great joy in new experiences, new connections and deep moments. This is reflected not only in my lifestyle but also in my work, both of which inspire and fulfill me greatly.

My mission is to empower and inspire my clients to live their most authentic, fulfilling lives based on their individuality and aligned with their true goals and dreams. I believe that everyone has the potential to create their dream life, and I am here to support you on your journey towards growth and transformation.

My Approach

My approach to coaching is rooted in neurology, psychology, and, esotericism. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them overcome limiting beliefs, identify their strengths, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. I believe that coaching is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world and expand their outer world.
